Our vision is to foster a university-wide career readiness ecosystem where innovative, equitable, and experiential programming and practices empower students to explore boldly, lead with confidence, and pursue careers of meaning in an ever-changing world. Policy on Artificial Intelligence in Career Development
At the Center for Career Readiness, we view AI as a supportive tool, not a substitute for career coaching, experiential learning, or personal growth.
Students can use AI tools to brainstorm ideas, strengthen resumes, prepare for interviews, and explore career pathways, while always thoughtfully reviewing, personalizing, and verifying all outputs to accurately reflect their experiences, values, and authentic stories. By integrating equitable AI literacy into our career-readiness programming, we help Wildcats develop the ethical and responsible AI skills needed to navigate and lead in an evolving workforce.
