Getting Started On Handshake

For On-Campus Supervisors of Undergraduates

If you supervise undergraduates and want to bring career development to their on-campus work, we offer an online, asynchronous transferable skills development program that helps undergraduate students further develop their communication, leadership, and teamwork skills. Benefits:

  • We’ve done the research, developed the curriculum, and we host the entire program on BrightSpace.
  • Students learn to recognize how their on-campus job help them become competent leaders, team members, and communicators.
  • Elevate your on-campus job from something that simply helps students pay the bills to an experience that helps students build their career.

Reach out to our Employment Initiatives Coordinator, Katie Beauford (ktbeauford@arizona.edu) to learn how to integrate Build the Skill into your on-campus job.
