Career Development Resources for Your Courses and Programs

Need career development content, but don’t have the resources to develop it yourself? We can help!

  • D2L Resources & Curricula: Our open-access D2L site is available for use by all UA faculty and staff. Additionally, resources integrated with your D2L course are easily customizable and automatically updated.
  • Collaborative Course Assignments: If your course involves a career-related assignment, we are happy to collaborate from co-creating a course assignment to helping you maximize SECD tools such as Handshake and Big InterviewPlease note: If you are planning to refer students to SECD as part of an assignment, please contact us in advance so we can assess our capacity or offer alternative suggestions. Due to limited staff capacity, we cannot offer resume reviews for course assignments via Career Document Dropbox.
  • Classroom Presentations: The Career Education team offers in-class presentations on several topics from Career Exploration to advanced Job Search Strategies. Request a topic and date. The Employer & Alumni Engagement team can also partner with you to invite a relevant employer into your classroom to share professional insights about their field. You can email the EAE team at employer@arizona.edu.

To discuss how the SECD team can support your work, schedule a brief demo of our available resources and services, contact our Career Education team at career@arizona.edu.
