Summer Internship Stipend

The Summer Internship Stipend is a transformative financial award that affords students the opportunity to develop career confidence and pursue their goals.

Ten of these awards are made possible through a sustaining gift from the Lois A. Meerdink Center for Career Readiness Internship Support Endowment.

Additional awards provided thanks to the support of the University of Arizona Student Services Fee, Arizona’s Technology Research Initiative Fund, Project Adelante, and a generous private donor.

Students can focus wholeheartedly on their internship experience when they don’t worry about the costs of transportation, housing, or equipment.

Internships enable students to develop their communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and leadership skills.

31 internships are located in Tucson, 18 elsewhere in Arizona, 24 across the U.S., and 6 internationally in 5 countries.
