Participating in a marketing internship at the Southern Arizona Research, Science, and Engineering Foundation (SARSEF) was a transformative adventure that not only enhanced my skill set but also provided a dynamic platform for networking with local leaders. Within this internship, I not only applied newfound marketing skills but also learned more about local non-profit organizations, gaining an understanding of their missions and impact.

As a first-generation college student, this experience opened new doors for me, offering a glimpse into the wide range possibilities of the experiences I could get as an undergraduate. It served as a catalyst for personal and professional growth, giving me an insight into how I could develop and use new skills through internship experiences.
