The UArizona Sonoran Center for Excellence in Disabilities (UCEDD) is seeking a student to fill the role of Project Aid for our Native initiatives. This will be a great opportunity to expand your knowledge in a fun and fast-paced setting. People with Tribal affiliations and work study students are strongly encouraged to apply. As a member of the Circle of Indigenous Empowerment team, this individual will:
· Contribute to the preparation of project reports and outreach
· Assist the project team to complete tasks and implement project plans to ensure agreed outcomes are achieved
· Communicate with relevant stakeholders to provide updates regarding project status and implementation issues
· Provide project and operational support, including monitoring and reporting on project plans, milestones and deliverables, and update and collate documentation
· Assist with the development of resources around transition from youth to adulthood from a Native perspective
· Assist with project marketing and communications efforts, including the development and distribution of email and social media content
· Participate as a team member and work collaboratively with staff within the Sonoran Center to ensure content is updated and accessible
· Support the mission of the Sonoran Center
· Other duties as assigned
