One of our absolute best she’s actually our employee of the year last year her only work experience outside of our agency was a trainer at Carrabba’s restaurant but she went into detail about how she you know did all that now obviously she was a marketing student she wanted to get into this space but as a college student she didn’t have time she was working full-time at Carabas she had been there for years and she had glowing recommendations from her managers all that kind of stuff so it seemed really silly like well great so you’re going to go into detail unrelated detail but it showed us that she was she at 19 years old they were like yes please train our associates because you’re that good you know that kind of stuff so I believe that excellence transcends what you do so if i was to put you know somebody excellent in a role that they were unfamiliar with there’ll be a lot of learning but they’ll get there and they’ll become excellent at the space if they’re passionate to do it.
