To me it’s a great insight and candidates ability to write so I’m really looking at structure flow and spelling and critiquing that primarily the first first paragraph I’m just
looking for a general background of this candidate and just kind of how they got to where they’re at and with the the second paragraph I’m looking for them to go into a little more detail and the experiences they have that I can benefit from if they were to assume the role that they’re applying for and then the third paragraph I really like to know what makes them interesting this company and how that role is going to help them progress towards their career goals not just what you’re going to do for us but how are we what are we doing for you.
