The biggest thing that I look for in interns is that they’re a company match I really love to see professionals that are driven and want to succeed and take it very seriously when people are ready to work they were always looking to do more take on new challenges and really grow their skills when we’re recruiting for interns or talking with interns it’s they maybe aren’t quite there but they’ve they really are taking steps to become stronger in some of those other skills that aren’t so maybe technical ora major focused so really working on that and then when I talk with the interns as well I like to see that they’re really involved maybe being a member of a club or maybe being doing some volunteer opportunities so having those interns already be really engaged in campus it shows how committed they are to further their education and then
that’s going to just transfer into their experience as an intern and what they can bring to the organization not only is the internship a great opportunity for the interns to get experience and try us out but really it’s one of our biggest ways for filling our future careers down the road.
