What can you do at CATalyst Studios?

At CATalyst you can:

Explore and use our equipment, including laser cutters and 3D printers
Attend our events and workshops to learn new maker skills
Create your own media and projects in our spaces, including podcasts and videos
Get certified in 3D printing, laser cutting, or CNC milling.

They are open to everyone! You don’t need previous experience to use our spaces, equipment, and technology to create innovative projects. Their staff is here to support you and your next project.

You can access their orientation video, user agreement, and training materials for all machines in their CATalyst D2L Course, which is accessible to all UA students and affiliates.

While they focus on working with students at the University of Arizona, community members are also welcome to use their spaces and equipment. They invite instructors to bring their class to CATalyst Studios for hands-on learning opportunities.
