About this Job

Parking and Transportation Services (PTS) is looking for student workers for our Student Wildcat Ambassador. This position provides quality customer service to all patrons not limited to UA affiliates, while supporting and engaging in a culture of Service Excellence. PTS offers real-world experience, flexible schedules and a fun work environment.

1. Have you been a licensed driver at least 2 years?

2. Are you 18 years or older?

3. Do you have a clean driving record (fewer than 6 points)?

4. Please describe previous experience for the following:

  • Customer service
  • Work experience

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Commitment to work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Clean driving record (fewer than 6 points)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of standard office procedures, i.e., answering telephones, filing, data entry, etc.

Duties:

  • Performs all parking related transactions through parking software and other office programs.
  • Educates customers regarding rules and regulations of Parking and Transportation Services.
  • Other duties as assigned to maintain operations in Customer Relations Services or as a member of Parking and Transportation Services.
