Job Title: Street Team Crew Member / Promotions Assistant (Full-Time)

Stations: Lite Rock 95.9, Rock 93-7, 106.9 Kicks Country, News Talk 94.1, 93-3 The Dawg, Sports Radio 104.7, 101.9 / AM 920 WLIV, 96-9 Hwy 111 Country

Job Description:

Stonecom Radio is growing, and we are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and community-minded individuals to join our Street Team. As a Street Team Crew Member, you will serve as a public ambassador for our family of radio stations, helping bring promotions, concerts, contests, remote broadcasts, community events, and special appearances to life throughout the Upper Cumberland.

This hands-on, customer-facing role is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting new people, working in a fast-paced environment, supporting live events, and creating memorable experiences for listeners, clients, and community partners. No two days are the same, and every event offers an opportunity to represent some of the region’s most recognized media brands.

Responsibilities include assisting with event setup and breakdown, operating station vehicles and box trucks when needed, transporting and assembling promotional equipment such as tents, tables, banners, speakers, and prize displays, engaging with listeners and attendees, distributing promotional materials and prizes, and providing basic support for social media and event technology.

This is a full-time position averaging approximately 40 hours per week. Because many events take place outside of traditional business hours, evening and weekend availability is required.

If you enjoy being part of the action, working with a great team, and making a positive impact in the communities we serve, we encourage you to apply and become part of the Stonecom Radio team.

Job Requirements:

  • Be available to work weekends and occasional evenings.
  • Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a strong commitment to arriving prepared and on time.
  • Possess the ability and confidence to safely operate station vehicles, including larger promotional vehicles and box trucks.
  • Enjoy working outdoors and be comfortable in varying weather conditions throughout the year.
  • Be physically capable of loading, unloading, setting up, and dismantling promotional equipment, displays, and event materials.
  • Serve as a positive ambassador for Stonecom stations by engaging with listeners, clients, and community members in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Be comfortable using smartphones, tablets, social media platforms, and event-related technology.
  • Adapt quickly to a variety of event environments, including concerts, remote broadcasts, community festivals, giveaways, client promotions, and station appearances.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to work collaboratively with fellow team members.
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
  • Bring enthusiasm, initiative, and a strong work ethic to every event and promotion.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Previous event, promotions, customer service, retail, hospitality, or public-facing experience.
  • Comfort taking basic photos/videos or assisting with social media content at events.
  • Interest in radio, music, media, marketing, events, or community engagement.

Details:

  • 40 hours per week (in-person)
  • Starting at $18 an hour.
  • Weekends Required.

Application Process:

Candidates who meet the above requirements should submit resume and other materials to:
