Professor Gisches is hiring TAs for a 10 hour per week (.25 FTE) Teaching Assistant positions for OSCM 373 Basic Operations Management with during Spring 2026.

Operations management is concerned with the creation of goods and/services. Topics include: business processes, MRP, forecasting, facility planning and layout, inventory management, quality control and just-in-time manufacturing.

TA Activities include:

  • Holding office hours
  • Leading review/study sessions
  • Helping and assisting with in-class group work
  • Facilitating class projects
  • Proctoring exams and quizzes
  • Grading
