As a National Recruitment Manager, you’ll help connect talented professionals with meaningful opportunities across the country. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to pivot into a new field, we provide the training and support you need to succeed.
🔍 What You’ll Do:
Source candidates through referrals, job boards, and outreach
Conduct interviews and assess candidate fit
Negotiate compensation packages
Track recruitment activity and performance metrics
Build strong candidate relationships
Collaborate with compliance and management teams
Support employee performance and retention
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Associate’s degree or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
Self-motivated with a team-first mindset
