Lo que se ve no se pregunta: Mental Health and Stigma is part of La Chamba Workshops Series (open to ALL YEARS!)! This workshop will focus on how historically mental health has been stigmatized within the Hispanic/Latine community, the way silence and generational trauma fuel one another, and normalizing therapy, medication, diagnoses, and self-care. We will talk about discussing and navigating mental health struggles in the workforce, both for yourself and identifying red flags in others.
