Women of Color Career Connections Program - Session 4: Gauging Culture Fit

The Women of Color Career Connections Program (WOC3P) is a program series that aims to enhance the career readiness of women, transwomen, and femme people of color at the University of Arizona. Through participating in this program, members will be able to develop professionally and learn more about how their identities may impact their career journeys. This program will have five different interactive workshops through November and a culminating networking event to conclude the series in December.  Attend this Women of Color Series session to learn about Gauging Culture Fit to Find a Safe Workplace. Students that attend 3 out of the 5 series sessions will be eligible to receive a certificate of completion and additional recognition. If you attend at least one of the series sessions, you will be invited to the exclusive networking event in December.
