“Design Lab was awesome to work with and the students were fantastic!” – Humane Borders, Inc.
Design Lab offers an opportunity to engage with one or more multi-disciplinary teams of students who research, ideate, and prototype solutions to a challenge or problem facing your organization.
Student teams, managed by our staff, engage in 10-week micro-internship where they learn and practice the Design Thinking methodology. Interested organizations can contact Anupam Singh, Program Manager Design Lab, anupamsingh@arizona.edu.

““Fast Track gave me the confidence to step into new challenges. The combination of structured learning and real teamwork helped me grow in ways I didn’t expect. It showed me what I’m truly capable of.”
Fast Track is ideal for organizations in emerging or growing industries to connect with students and to introduce their industry and the opportunities for the future.
In this 4–6-week experience, the Center for Career Readiness partners with organizations to offer students a chance to learn industry-specific technical and functional skills before they enter the job market. Interested partners can contact skills@arizona.edu for more information.
Job Shadows, designed for learning and exploration, are ideal for organizations who want a low-commitment opportunity to connect with early talent, support career-exploration and build brand awareness.

The Job Shadow Program provides opportunities for students to expand their knowledge about industries, job functions, and employer culture in a one-day experience designed by you.
