In the Blue Chip Leadership Experience, we’ll help you develop the in-demand, transferable skills that are most important to today’s employers. Blue Chip offers four years of leadership development experiences, with each year expanding and strengthening your skill sets through new challenges. For students who complete all four years, you will earn a Minor in Leadership Studies and Practice.
