Led by Program Manager JT Thornton, LifeLab offers a friendly space where students can drop-in for personalized career support and guidance. Students at LifeLab speak to peer guides with relatable student experience – many have been unsure of their career path, changed majors, participated in a paid internships or undergraduate research, or developed skills through an on-campus job. This peer-centered approach provides a welcoming and accessible pathway for students to begin exploring careers and taking first steps toward creating a life of opportunity.

Along with one-on-one drop-in support, LifeLab also offers workshops focused on topics from career exploration to preparing for a full-time job search.

LifeLab and the Center for Career Readiness serve students of all years and majors. LifeLab is located in Bear Down Building, Room 264, and offers drop-in hours, in-person and on Zoom, Monday through Friday, noon to 5:00 p.m.
