Wildcat JobLink Posting Policy
Wildcat JobLink is the central resource for recruiting talented and diverse University of Arizona students and alumni from multiple disciplines. Students looking for skill building employment experiences, quality internships, full time career positions requiring a 4 year bachelor’s degree or above utilize this site as well as experienced alumni looking to advance their careers. In addition, qualified employers can engage in a full array of programs including career fairs, mixers, targeted recruiting events/services, resume referral, and campus interviewing.
Employers not eligible for posting on this site include the following:
Full time positions that do not require a bachelor’s degree or above.
Personal services – independent babysitting, tutoring, or home care for individuals.
- Employers that require fees as a condition of employment (to purchase a franchise, supplies, pay for training or orientation, invest or pay a ‘start-up’ or application/access). This includes Multi-Level Marketing Organizations.
- Third party listings by staffing agencies unless the direct hiring employer is specified in the posting.
Employers who request personal data (i.e. social security number, bank account information) at the time of application.
- Employers who misrepresent their organization by providing dishonest information or omitting critical information.
Employers that do not abide by the equal opportunity guidelines of UA.
- Employers without a verifiable company/organization web site address and/or with generic email addresses (e.g. Gmail, Yahoo) except those specifically granted an exception by a member of the career center staff.
Promotions for enrollment in schools or universities unrelated to job opportunities
Part time positions during the semester that are out of state
